HOW DO I GET STARTED?
- Read through my Terms of Service and make sure you agree with them.
- Fill out & submit a Project Questionnaire for review.
- Wait for project approval & quote by email (usually 1-2 business days).
- Pay a deposit or full amount as quoted.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST? HOW DO I PAY YOU?
Projects are either a flat rate or based on the requirements of the design. Please see my list of Services & prices.
The only form of payment I accept is through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. I will send you an invoice of your total.
HOW LONG WILL MY DESIGN TAKE?
This answer varies with each client. Some projects can be done in as little as 3 days. If you have a deadline for your project please make sure you note that in your Project Questionnaire. My average time for a full custom website or blog with good client communication is 2-3 weeks.
Need only individual graphics? I can often work on those projects immediately. Submit your Project Questionnaire and I can give you a better estimate of time.
DO YOU DESIGN FOR BLOGGER OR OTHER PLATFORMS BESIDES WORDPRESS?
No, I only design for self-hosted WordPress (.org) sites. Why WordPress? I love it! It allows for total freedom and control of your files, content, and graphics, as well as an unparalleled amount of support, plug-ins, apps and community. It is also very easy to maintain and use.
I AM NEW TO BLOGGING. CAN YOU HELP ME FIGURE IT OUT?
Yes! Once you have submitted payment & given a start date, I am happy to answer any questions you have and walk you through the basics.
WordPress is quite user friendly. They also offer some really beneficial help on Working with WordPress . I encourage you to look it over.
Not using my design services, but still want help? If you need help in purchasing a domain name, finding a host, installing WordPress, learning the terminology, working in the WordPress dashboard, installing plugins, I can help! My hourly rate is $75 & $40 for a half hour. Minimun 1 hour. Submit a Project Questionnaire.
